Get in the groove and make those moves

Move that body, flex those muscles and help bring your blood sugar level down. These exercises are simple and fun.

So let’s get going!

Squat and Press


1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width. Maintaining a straight posture.

 

2. Lower your body into a deep squat until your elbows touch your knees.

 

3. Stand back up pushing through your heels and finish with an overhead press, directly over top of your head.

 


 

Lunge and Twist


1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the weight with extended arms. Lower body into a lunge position.

 

2. Maintaining a straight back, rotate torso towards the side of the front leg.
