What are the benefits in vegetable?

Vegetable is the great source for vitamins, minerals and fibre. It is generally high in vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and calcium, which are all serve as the important components in our body. Eating vegetables that are high in fibre helps us to cope with constipation and the non-starchy vegetables also provide us satiety with low calories. Moreover, the phytonutrients in vegetables also give many health benefits.

Both may have protective effects against cancer. Dark green vegetables are also the great sources of vitamins and minerals.

Lentinan can be found in mushrooms. It helps in boosting your immune system and prevent cancer.
