Potassium too HIGH?

Ideal potassium range: within 3.5-5.0mmol/L

High potassium levels above the ideal range in the bloodstream will lead to irregular heartbeat. This may eventually cause your heart to stop beating abruptly.

Tips to reduce potassium

Cut into small pieces

Soak for 1-2 hours
