What are the benefits in fruit?

Fruit contains not only a great source of vitamins and minerals, but also rich in phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are the plantbased chemicals that benefit the body in many ways, such as strengthen the body’s immune system. Furthermore, fruit has both soluble and insoluble fibre that could help in lowering blood cholesterol and promote bowel movements.
